I have already exchanged two payments in Toluna, you only have to answer surveys and reach the 50000 points to redeem them for 15 usd in Paypal.
Before you redeem you have to check that your name and address match those of your Paypal account, if not, you will be refused the payment, until you update your data in Toluna.
Once you are up to date you can redeem.
With me it took 21 days to transfer the money to Paypal, the good thing is that they do not charge commission. And another thing is that since I had already requested another payment, I was also paid the same day. That is, the new payment requested only takes 8 days!.
